Dr. Sara is available for speaking engagements at companies and other organizations. She can speak on a variety of health topics. She has developed talks on Stress Management Techniques, Eating for Brain Health, Efficient and Effective Exercise Techniques, Living Wholeheartedly, Fasting and Time Restricted Eating, Detoxifying and De-flaming the Body and Quality Sleep.
